How do you define an "active user"?
An active user is anyone who logs into the system or performs any action during the billing month. Inactive users (those who haven't logged in) are not counted in your bill.
What is the minimum monthly charge?
The minimum monthly charge is £35, which covers up to 1 user. This applies whether you use the system or not during that month.
What happens if I move between tiers?
Your rate automatically adjusts based on your highest active user count during the month. If you grow from 8 to 15 users, all users will be billed at the £30 rate.
What's included in the enterprise plan?
Enterprise includes dedicated hosting, custom integrations with existing tools, bespoke feature development, priority support, and an SLA guarantee.
Is there a minimum contract?
Our standard plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Enterprise plans typically have annual contracts with customized terms.
Is the mobile app included in the price?

Yes — Xero and QuickBooks integration is included in every plan at no extra charge. Once connected, invoices, payments, supplier bills, customers and suppliers sync automatically in real time. There is no separate module to buy and no integration fee on top of your subscription.
Contract Termination
If you wish to terminate your contract, please contact accounts and let us know at least 30 days before the end of the next billing period. Termination fees may apply.
